This Cat Travels Everywhere By Motorbike
A cat named Mister Puss has become an unexpected adventure companion for his owners, joining them on motorbike rides, beach trips, and mountain hikes. The couple, who originally planned to adopt a puppy, met the kitten while visiting a neighbor with both puppies and kittens in Bali.
The three-month-old kitten immediately caught their attention with his vocal personality and soft fur. Instead of leaving with a dog, they decided to adopt Mister Puss, who quickly became a central part of their lives.
As he grew older, Mister Puss began joining them on motorbike rides. He often travels in a cat backpack but sometimes rides on a cushion in front of his owner or perches on a shoulder, calmly watching the scenery as the bike moves.
At home, Mister Puss is described as confident and curious. He enjoys hiking, exploring the beach, and even accompanying his owners to places like the spa, while still spending quiet time sitting beside them while they work.

How To Save Your Couch From Cat Claws
Scratching is a completely normal behavior for cats. It helps them stretch their muscles, sharpen their claws, and leave scent markers through glands in their paws. The challenge for many cat owners isn’t the scratching itself, it’s when that scratching targets couches, rugs, or curtains.
Providing appropriate scratching outlets is one of the most effective ways to redirect the behavior. Many cats prefer tall vertical posts if they scratch furniture or curtains, while others favor flat cardboard scratchers if they go after carpets. Placing scratchers close to the spots cats already use can make them more likely to switch.
Other strategies can also help protect furniture. Regular nail trimming reduces the damage claws can cause, while surfaces like double-sided tape, aluminum foil, or vinegar-based sprays may discourage scratching in certain areas.
Consistency is key when guiding cats toward better habits. Rewarding them when they use scratching posts and keeping several scratchers around the home can gradually shift their attention away from furniture and toward safer outlets.

How Jennifer Aniston’s LolaVie brand grew sales 40% with CTV ads

For its first CTV campaign, Jennifer Aniston’s DTC haircare brand LolaVie had a few non-negotiables. The campaign had to be simple. It had to demonstrate measurable impact. And it had to be full-funnel.
LolaVie used Roku Ads Manager to test and optimize creatives — reaching millions of potential customers at all stages of their purchase journeys. Roku Ads Manager helped the brand convey LolaVie’s playful voice while helping drive omnichannel sales across both ecommerce and retail touchpoints.
The campaign included an Action Ad overlay that let viewers shop directly from their TVs by clicking OK on their Roku remote. This guided them to the website to buy LolaVie products.

How To Tell Torties And Calicos Apart
Tortoiseshell and calico cats are often confused, but the difference comes down to their coat patterns. Neither term refers to a breed. Instead, both describe the way a cat’s fur is colored and arranged.
Tortoiseshell cats, often called “torties,” have a blended coat of black and orange (or chocolate and cream). The colors are usually mixed together in a marbled or speckled pattern with little or no white fur. This gives torties a darker, mottled appearance.
Calico cats have three distinct colors: black (or gray), orange (or cream), and white. Unlike torties, calicos typically have a mostly white base with large, clearly separated patches of the other colors.
Both patterns are linked to genes on the X chromosome, which is why most tortoiseshell and calico cats are female. Male cats with these patterns are extremely rare because they must have an extra X chromosome to display both colors.
These coat patterns can appear in many breeds, including American Shorthairs, Maine Coons, Persians, and Japanese Bobtails. While personality traits like “tortitude” or “calico sass” are often mentioned by cat owners, a cat’s temperament ultimately depends on the individual cat rather than its coat pattern.
