• Ingredients:
  4 ounces ground turkey breast

• 2 tablespoons cooked brown rice

• 12 (½-inch) squares of red bell pepper

• 6 wedges of zucchini

• 3 green beans trimmed and cut crosswise into 4 pieces

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium heat and soak the skewers in water for at least 20 minutes.

2. Mix the turkey breast and rice together in a bowl.

3. Form the turkey and rice mixture into balls, about ½ inch in diameter or ¼ ounce in weight.

4. After preparing the vegetables as directed above, take the skewers out of the water.

5. Prepare each skewer with one piece of bell pepper, one piece of zucchini, one piece of green bean, and two meatballs.

6. Place the kabobs directly on the grill grate and close the lid. Rotate the kabobs as needed to ensure they’re cooked evenly. It should take about 4 to 6 minutes to cook thoroughly.

7. Allow the kabobs to cool completely before removing the skewer.

8. Serve the delicious grilled treats to your feline overlord.
