The Secret Lives of Cats

For years, one cat owner had a hunch that her orange furball was up to mischief, but it wasn’t until she spotted him lounging in a neighbor’s window that the full extent of his shenanigans came to light. In a hilarious TikTok video, she shared how her kitty would mysteriously vanish for days, only to return home looking like he’d been living the high life. The shocking revelation came when she saw him happily chilling in the neighbor’s house, clearly enjoying the perks of a secret double life.

The cat’s covert escapades had been a neighborhood mystery, with others thinking he was a stray and even bringing him in for check-ups. It turns out, he was simply balancing two homes and living the dream. The video, which racked up over 2 million views, showcases the cat’s smooth moves and the owner’s humorous realization that her pet was quite the “sellout.” As comments rolled in about feline double lives and suggestions for revenge—like getting a dog and letting the cat see—it’s clear that this cat’s two-timing ways have struck a chord with pet lovers everywhere.

This New Toilet Paper Just Might Save the Planet

Every 24 hours, 27,000 trees are cut down to make toilet paper. To us, that feels like way too many — and Honeycomb agrees. That’s why this small, female-founded brand created luxury, 3-ply toilet tissue made from bamboo. It feels just like regular high-end toilet paper but doesn’t harm trees.

So why bamboo? It’s the fastest-growing plant in the world — growing 100 times faster than the average tree — which means thousands of rolls can be produced in the time it takes for a single tree to grow back.

Even better? Code PURR30 will give new customers 30% off their first order for the next 24 hours.

Thank you to Honeycomb for sponsoring Daily Purr.

Do Cats Have a Favorite Person?

Cats are notoriously complex, switching from adorable fluffballs to cunning troublemakers in the blink of an eye. But one thing that's clear? They have a knack for picking favorites—and it's not always who you'd expect. According to Dr. Mikel Maria Delgado, a cat behavior guru, felines are drawn to those who cater to their whims, whether it's through food, affection, or sheer calmness. Basically, if you're the one filling their bowl and keeping things mellow, you’re on your way to becoming the chosen one.

If you’re trying to win your cat’s heart, you might need to engage in some feline psychology. Cats aren’t exactly looking for a leader; they’re seeking someone who’s reliable with treats and gentle with a side of positive vibes. It’s all about making them feel secure and valued—so keep those snacks coming, move with grace, and don’t be surprised if your kitty starts spending more time in your lap than anyone else’s. And remember, if your cat’s affections are spread a bit thin, it’s just their way of making sure their social circle is as fabulous as their daily nap spot.

Does Your Cat Have a Secret Family?

Ever wondered why your cat mysteriously vanishes only to reappear with an air of smug satisfaction? Welcome to the world of feline double lives. In this video, you’ll discover how your feline friend might be living the high life with multiple families, using their charm to collect twice the treats and cuddles.
