Most people assume the fire department handles a cat stuck in a tree. In reality, very few of them will. Shaun Sears and Tom Otto learned that firsthand back in 2009, hearing from one desperate cat owner after another with nowhere else to turn. Since both were already professional arborists, they decided to become that someone themselves.
