A cat at Tuolumne County Animal Control wasn’t planning to be Batman this Halloween, but fate (and a few clever shelter workers) had other ideas. After suffering a neck injury, the shelter’s veterinary team wrapped him in protective bandages that just happened to look like a tiny black cape.
